Style of Food
All our dishes are freshly prepared and stylishly presented whatever the occasion. 

 

  

Gourmet Food & Fine Dining
We will prepare, cook and serve 'bespoke' restaurant style food in your home or at an appointed venue or location.  We prefer to liaise closely with our clients to select the perfect arrangement of dishes to suit the occasion as well as personal taste, making the very most of seasonal produce.  A menu may be simple or as elaborate as desired, taking into consideration budget, style of service required and numbers to be catered for, without compromising the quality and standard of our food and service. 

 

Additional Courses

You may wish to offer Canapes to precede a meal, or as an alternative to a starter.  You may also prefer to add extra courses to your original menu ie a soup, fish course, sorbet or a cheeseboard, or a trio of desserts instead of just one!    

Canapes
Designed to amuse and stimulate the palate.  Rather exquisite little masterpieces with a pleasing visual effect.  All our canapes, both savoury and sweet, are freshly prepared to a high standard, and are perfect for all types of receptions when they may accompany drinks prior to a meal (3/5 pieces per person) or replace a starter (3/6 pieces per person); enhance a special cocktail drinks party (8/10+per person); or provide a delightful display for a wedding reception (20+ items per person). 

Each canape is presented on stylish white or mirrored platters or wooden, slate or marble bases to reflect and enhance their appearance, and served by our uniformed staff.  Waiting staff will also ensure that guests' glasses are refreshed during the period of service.  

Finger Buffets
Our Finger Buffet food is designed to be as formal or informal as preferred, is slightly more substantial than canapes, and may take the form of just savoury or savoury and sweet items.  Some clients may wish to offer a dessert for the sweet option instead of sweet finger food.  May be served for business working lunches, training seminars, openings, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, funerals .... 


Corporate Dining
We will furnish our business clients with a seasonal selection of starters, main course dishes and desserts, from which to pre-select a menu that we will prepare, cook and serve on the premises to a standard equal to that of any top class restaurant.  We appreciate that restrictions may apply to the time permitted when entertaining important business clients which we take into consideration when planning a menu. 

Working Lunches
Sandwich and Finger Buffets, which may be suitable for business training lunches as well as private parties.  Usually delivered only to a specific venue and set up to point of service. We will supply china, cutlery and glassware where appropriate, as well as disposable serviettes and linen if required.  If required, we will also supply fresh orange juice and mineral water on a sale or return basis.  Service staff may remain to assist with service and to clear afterwards.

Hot & Cold Fork Buffets 
A range of dishes is available for both hot and cold buffets, suitable for any occasion.

 

 

 

Barbecues & Hog Roasts

Barbecues provides informal al fresco dining during Spring and Summer, or any time of the year if the urge persists! (We try and roast our Sunday joint any time of the year if we choose!)

We provide commercial gas barbecues with chef/s, and any other staff necessary to service the event.  We prefer to use china and cutlery which we can supply and any other tableware, glassware and linen.  Disposables can be an option depending on the level of formality required.  Menus and prices to suit.  Minimum numbers circa 40 +.

Hog Roasts (min 100 covers)
Basic Hog Roast Price.  circa  £750.00.  Lamb and chickens may also be an option.


We will include:
Homemade apple sauce and stuffing balls/patties, soft baps (size to suit!) or just a selection of delicious artisan breads, and butter.


Chef and carver and an assistant plus disposable plates, cutlery, serviettes.  (Basic hog roast)

Extras:
China and Cutlery, Tableware, Linen, Service Staff

Salads:     £3.00 per salad per person.
