STYLE OF FOOD
All our dishes are freshly prepared and stylishly presented wherever the venue, whatever the occasion.
We will prepare, cook and serve superb restaurant and bistro style dishes in the comfort of the client's home or other appointed venue or location. Menus may be tailored to suit a client's individual requirements and will usually reflect the season's best choice of ingredients.
We offer a selection of seasonal three and four course menus which we will prepare, cook and serve on the premises to a standard equal to that of any top class restaurant. We appreciate that time restrictions often apply which we take into consideration when planning the initial menu.
Sandwich and Finger Buffets are suitable for business training lunches as well as private parties. Usually delivered only to a specific venue and set up to point of service. We will supply china, cutlery and glassware where appropriate, as well as disposable serviettes and linen if required. Soft Drinks or Wine may also be supplied on a sale or return basis. Service staff may be required to remain to assist with service and to clear afterwards.
HOG ROASTS & BARBECUES
We will provide the hog roaster complete with chef/carver or commercial gas barbecues with chef, and any other staff necessary to service the event. We can supply china, cutlery and glassware and any other tableware/linen, or a cheaper option would be the use of disposables depending on budget and the level of formality required.
