The company is run by Julie who supervises all aspects of the business and is equally responsible for personally selecting all of the raw ingredients used in the preparation of all our dishes. Menus are frequently updated and are inspired by fresh and seasonal foods, local produce and innovative ideas including cooking influences and foods from all over the world. When planning a menu, we will be happy to adapt any of our dishes to suit a client's personal choice.
Inspired from the age of 9, Julie's early aspirations as a gifted cook developed into a lifelong passion. Choosing to experiment with classic dishes and the lengthy processes often involved in their execution precipitated in a wide knowledge of ingredients and cooking skills and enhanced confidence in the workplace.
Having gained a wealth of knowledge and experience catering for a range of corporate and private functions, in 1990 Julie qualified as a Professional Cook accomplished in culinary techniques and practices.
FBJ's main aim is not only to deliver superb food stylishly presented for any event, but to perfect and personalise it by paying particular attention to tiny detail so often overlooked. It is equally important to us that every individual client receives a seamless service which ensures that their every need is catered for.
