PRICING

Prices are largely based on the number of covers to be catered for as well as the style of service, length of time our staff are required and of course, content of the final chosesn menu.  Discounts may be applied when large numbers of guests are to be catered for.

The following guideline prices are exclusive of service and equipment:

Weddings
Prices are calculated on each individual event.  We will be happy to quote for a wedding based on specific requirements.


Canapés
Amuse-bouche or amuse-gueule are exquisite single bite sized creations - designed to stimulate the appetite if served as a prélude to a meal.
From £5.50 per person. 

Canapés
May be served as the principal part of a reception, for a small number of guests, or a larger event ie cocktail reception - corporate product launches, parties, weddings, christenings, funerals ...
From £15.50 per person.   The average price per canapé is £1.20. 

Finger Buffets
We offer a wide range of cold and hot finger food with or without sandwiches.  Suitable for weddings, christenings, funerals, parties, corporate product launches, business training lunches, conferences & seminars, working lunches etc.) 
From £12.00 per person.  

Sandwich Buffets 
A basic buffet consisting of sandwiches & homemade cakes and reception pastries - when an afternoon tea is required.
From £7.50 per person.

Sandwich Buffet Plus 
A selection of sandwiches plus a range of 3 savoury items and 2 sweet items.
From £12.00 per person (min 20 covers). 

Cold Fork Buffets
May be as simple or elaborate as required to suit any occasion and budget.

From £17.00 per person.

Hot Fork Buffets 
From £18.50 per person.

Bistro/Restaurant Style Menus
Three-course sit down menus: from £40.00 per person.

Additional courses
May be selected to complement your meal ie
-    canapés (from £5.50 per person)
-    fish course (from £4.50 per person)
-    sorbet (£1.50 per person)
-    cheese plate (£6.00 per person) 
-    cheeseboard (£5.00 per person)
plus additional equipment required

Taster Menus
We will be happy to provide a scaled down version of three courses (for 2 persons only) which represent a selected menu.  approx. £40.00.

Prices exclude service and equipment.  VAT does not apply.

We will be delighted to arrange for the provision of equipment and service staff as required ...


-   china, cutlery, glassware, tableware & linen.  Prices will depend
    on requirements, and are inclusive of washing up off site,
    delivery to venue and collection following event.

-   waiting and bar staff.  Professional and smartly dressed in black 
    & white attire.  From £10.00 per hour per staff (min £50.00).
    Additional charges apply where travel one way exceeds 15
    miles or travel time one way is an hour or greater.

-   chefs, assistants, front of house: from £15.00 per hour per staff.

-   administration fee: £5.00 per staff.
