... Food by Julie will be delighted to discuss menu options and general catering requirements with you.  With careful planning and attention to detail, we aim to deliver superb food and a flawless service that will allow you to relax and enjoy a completely successful and fault-free day.  It is important to us that every aspect of your special day be a truly wonderful and memorable experience!

Catering Equipment
We can arrange for the hire and provision of all the relevant china, cutlery and glassware, linen and linen serviettes, which would be supplied by reputable hire companies we use on a regular basis.  Similarly, tables and chairs, plus any other furniture requirements you may have, can also be sourced from these companies.

The cost for hiring a full complement of china, cutlery, glassware and linen for the reception will be from £10.00 per person.  To include tables and chairs, the average cost may be in the region of  £15.00 per person.  Any heavy kitchen equipment such as ovens, hot cupboards, refrigeration, trestle tables etc. necessary will be priced seperately.

Service Staff
Our team of staff are required prior to the reception to set tables, ensure that the drinks are chilled for the reception, and to carry out general duties between the kitchen and dining area.  We would recommend a ratio of 1 waiting staff or server per 10 guests plus bar personnel and supervisor for larger events.  Waiting Staff are charged at £10.00 per hour per staff and we may charge for travel, should the venue be located farther than 15 miles from base.  Seperate rates may apply after midnight.
Chefs and kitchen assistants and Front of House personnal will be charged from £15.00 per hour per staff.
